Accessibility-First
Built for accessibility. Required by law.
"Manually evaluated against WCAG 2.2 A and AA on iOS and Android."
We connect residents and field crews to the systems cities already run — through native mobile apps, a web portal, and an integration layer built for municipal infrastructure.
Powering 311 for cities since 2009 — from Boston and San Francisco to Chicago and Calgary. Now rebuilt from the ground up for what comes next.
The integration layer
Spot Cloud is the integration layer connecting the systems your city already relies on—CRM, GIS, asset management, and work order platforms. It absorbs the real-time demands of modern digital services—high-volume reads, intelligent routing, and field task dispatch—while shielding your backend from load and keeping it securely isolated from the public internet.
Most competitors require you to adopt their backend, or only work with one vendor's platform. We work with what you already have.

What's new
Built for accessibility. Required by law.
"Manually evaluated against WCAG 2.2 A and AA on iOS and Android."
Your city's app, in your residents' language.
"Reach communities that never called your 311 hotline."
Snap a photo or describe the issue. AI does the rest.
"Photo or description in, pre-filled report out."
Scan any asset. Report the right issue. No app.
"Pre-located, pre-scoped reports — straight from the asset."
Rebuilt native on every channel.
"SwiftUI + Liquid Glass on iOS. Compose + Material 3 on Android. No cross-platform shortcuts."
Push news. Share resources. Help residents find it all.
"Communications, resources, and powerful search — inside the app they already have."
Spot Reporters
AI analyzes a photo, a description, or both — identifying the issue and pre-filling the form before the resident hits submit. Residents get real-time updates as their report moves through the city's workflow. The web portal mirrors the full app. Asset Tags let people report without installing anything.
Cities like Boston and Calgary are already live.
“Calling feels like complaining, reporting feels like helping.”
— Heather S., Boston
Spot Workers
Reports arrive pre-categorized by AI. Task assignment, status updates, photo documentation, and completion notes happen in real time. Supervisors get a web portal with faceted filtering, map and list views.
A public works team saw a 20% time-on-task improvement.
“Spot Workers has improved the efficiency of our operations tenfold.”
— Deputy Director, Public Works
Every team with field crews
Already using Spot Workers in one department? Every team with field crews benefits.
Officers handle thousands of complaints monthly, responding within an hour with photo documentation for the public.
Crews go straight to the field. Over 20% time-on-task improvement. 1,500+ backlog cases cleared in 2 months.
Respond, cite, and schedule follow-ups from the field. No more returning to the office to log violations.
Signals, road repairs, sign replacements — tracked from report through resolution with photo documentation.
Citations, complaints, and enforcement zones — all managed from mobile in real time.
Playground inspections, trail repairs, facility maintenance — same platform residents use to report.
WCAG compliance
On April 20, 2026, DOJ extended the ADA Title II compliance dates by one year. The rule still requires cities to make their apps accessible. Spot Mobile's iOS and Android apps were manually evaluated against WCAG 2.2 A and AA, including VoiceOver, TalkBack, and external keyboard testing.
Updated Title II deadline for large municipalities. The extension buys time, not exemption.
Updated deadline for smaller municipalities and special districts. Get ahead of procurement cycles - cities like Brookline, MA are already running Spot Mobile.
Partners
Platform vendors use Spot Mobile as their AI-powered mobile and web front end. Resellers bring Spot Mobile to the cities they already serve. Integrators connect it to whatever's already running.
